This is our 3rd blog post of Textappeal’s new year countdown. In previous posts we showed different examples from Nissan and Fnac. Today is Gillette’s turn. Look how their Community Manager handles the comments.

Gillette celebrated its 110th anniversary showing the evolution from its first and latest razor designs.

What they hadn’t imagined was the huge wave of criticism among social media fans who preferred the older versions

Thanks to their Community Manager who responded to the comments with on-brand message with confidence, this wasn’t blown out of proportion.
