Marketing Week Invites Textappeal to Deliver November 2010 Keynote Presentation
In July 2009, Textappeal and LONDON Advertising launched the first-ever global report on low-cost, high-return recession marketing. Having reviewed 500 examples from all over the world, 100 were selected for the final report, “Marketing in the Recession”. It was covered by dozens of publications across the globe, including the Advertising Age and the Internationalist, and accurately predicted a positive upturn in a number of markets.
With the subsequent crisis in Greece in 2010, Textappeal Founder & CEO Elliot Polak was asked by Marketing Week to deliver a keynote speech in Athens on how marketers can boost their cross-border results without spending more.
Established as an annual rendez-vous for the marketing sector in Greece, the 8th Marketing Director Forum brings together more than 200 advertisers & agencies. Previous editions have featured Lester Wunderman, Howard Draft, Paul-Kemp Robertson, Malcolm McDonald, Martin Lindstrom, Sergio Zyman, Κjell Nordstrom, and Malcolm McLaren. The conference takes place on November 16th 2010.
